Vice President Corporate Reserves & Planning
Trey Nash has served as Vice President of Corporate Reserves & Planning since December of 2019. Mr. Nash joined Legacy in January of 2018 as Director of Corporate Reserves & Planning. Prior to joining Legacy, Mr. Nash was the Sr. Reservoir engineer at private equity backed White Knight. Mr. Nash began his Oil & Gas career with Shell as a petroleum engineer working various Deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets from 1996 until 2007. In 2007, Mr. Nash moved to The Hague, NL where he provided strategic analysis as Global Portfolio Advisor – Upstream Americas for two years. He spent another two years in The Hague as Engineering Advisor to the EVP International Exploration, focusing on FEED, and maturing volumes from exploration to development. In 2011, Mr. Nash returned to Houston where he was Exploration Support Team Lead for Deepwater Americas, providing petroleum engineering, development planning and economic evaluation for Federal lease sales in the U.S. as well as new basin entries in North and South America. In 2013, Mr. Nash was appointed Development Manager of the Perdido Ultra Deepwater spar in the Gulf of Mexico, accountable for all technical, partner, regulatory and safety aspects of the development program for the Perdido field. Mr. Nash received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in 2007.
